Payment via Paypal invoice must be paid in full before I start on the commission. (50% upfront negotiable).

I will send the clients an invoice instead to avoid any accidental transactions.

I own full rights to the artwork unless a merchandise or commercial fee is paid.

Clients are not allowed to reproduced the commissioned artwork commercially unless a merchandise or commercial fee is paid.

No refunds after the sketch stage.

I have the right to use artwork(s) for purposes such as promotion and portfolio, unless requested otherwise.

Major changes will incur a separate fee if the work is late into the process.

• E.g changing pose while in lineart/colouring stage.

Posting the artwork with credit to the artist (@5hin_sei) is necessary.

I retain the right to stop working with and/or refund clients who are found to act inappropriately.

I retain the right to refuse commissions that I feel uncomfortable working on.

Turnaround time will vary from a week to a few months depending on schedule, client will be updated on the status accordingly or they may check the public Trello to-do.

Clients will be updated every few days throughout the process, any delays will be informed.
